'Unnecessarily cruel' Casa Amor postcard leaves Love Island fans worrying for Teddy

Love Island fans have complained a postcard sent to the Islanders was 'unnecessarily cruel'.

The girls were sent a postcard of the boys' trip to Casa Amor which showed a number of them straying from their partners.

One of the images showed a picture of Teddy kissing Clarisse.

However, the image was taken from a game of Truth or Dare.

Teddy, who is coupled up with Faye, has slept on the day bed outside during his time in Casa Amor and remained completely faithful to Faye.

But the postcard led Faye to question her relationship with Teddy.

She said: "I don't know if Teddy's a bit calm for me, cool, calm and collected."

While the postcard added drama to the episode, some fans were unhappy about the lack of context behind Teddy's photo.

Jason tweeted: "Nah that postcard is so wrong man. They should’ve shown Liam getting a lap dance and they should’ve shown Teddy sleeping outside with the foxes and badgers."

Ayeisha said: "The whole of the UK knowing Teddy is sleeping on the daybed and that postcard done him dirty."

Amber wrote: "Na they’ve set Teddy right up with that postcard."

Diyora tweeted: "It'd be one thing if the postcard was somewhat accurate... e.g. Liam actually being very into Lillie and Teddy being loyal to Faye.

"But creating entirely different narratives is just unnecessarily cruel to people who already struggle being emotionally vulnerable!"

Emily said: "Naaaah @LoveIsland send another postcard NOW of Teddy sleeping outside I am FUMING!"

One of the images on the postcard also showed Tyler and Clarisse together.

After finding out about Tyler's actions, Kaz decided she was going to get to know new arrival Matthew.

The pair also shared a kiss.

Liberty said the girls have "been going out their way to be respectful" but the boys have not done the same.
