A terraced house in Birkenhead was boarded up because of anti-social behaviour and because the tenant was living in squalor.
The property had no gas, electric or water supply, and the house was deemed to be "unlivable."
A picture posted on an official account belonging to Wirral Police showed the front door had been removed and boarded up.

Meanwhile wheelie bins and debris littered the front of the property. The name of the street was not given.
The social media post from police yesterday (Wednesday) said: "Working closely with our partners the ASB (anti-social behaviour) team, Scottish Power, British Gas, and the private sector team, local officers have today closed down an address in the Birkenhead area.
"This was due to poor living conditions and reoccurring anti-social behaviour at the property. There was no gas, electric or water in the property and the tenant has been moved due to the address being deemed as unlivable."
