University Of Missouri Student Found Dead In Cumberland River

A University of Missouri student who went missing during a weekend trip to Nashville has been found deceased in the Cumberland River, authorities confirmed. Riley Strain, 22, was last seen leaving Luke Bryan's bar, Luke's 32 Bridge, on March 8. Following his disappearance, Strain's friends and family were unable to contact him, prompting police searches that initially yielded no results.

After an extensive search effort, Strain's body was discovered in the Cumberland River, approximately 8 miles from downtown Nashville. Police have stated that there were no signs of foul play-related trauma on the body. An autopsy is now pending to determine the cause of death.
