Most houses sold were detached properties, going for an average of £520,410.

Semi-detached homes fetched £206, 262 and flats sold for an average of £295,122.

However Dawstone Road, which this property is on, is one of the most expensive roads in Mersyside.

As recently as March 2021, a house on Dawstone Rise sold for £775,000 according to Rightmove.

While in 2017 a home sold for £800,000 and another went for £640,000 in 2019.
