Spanning across 1393 square feet, the property is currently priced at £395,000. Rettie & Co, who are advertising the home, said: “A stylish two bedroom mid century style property.

“Peacefully situated in Juniper Green, one of Edinburgh’s most sought after conservation areas; offering bright and spacious single storey accommodation which has been beautifully modernised and upgraded and has sheltered south west facing private garden.

“The property has been fully renovated throughout to include a new insulated roof, underfloor foam insulation both recently installed and with a 25 year warranty, beautiful Siberian larch cladding and a quality bathroom and kitchen.”

Juniper Green, which sits around 5.5 miles south west of the city centre, is bordered by Baberton and Coliton. The village boasts a range of shops, pubs, cafes and leisure facilities.

The character of the area is maintained by the Juniper Green Conservation Area, with the protective status designated in 1993. The area is served by Lothian Bus services 44, 45 and 44N.
