'Unique, bespoke' three-bed Greater Manchester home on sale for almost £2m

A 'unique, bespoke' three bedroom property in Trafford has come onto the market for almost £2 million.

Computer-generated images of the 3,000sq ft house, which is currently under construction, appear to show the property sitting beneath ground level, with a lawn on top of the roof.

Located on Groby Road in the affluent area of Bowdon, the bunker style, one-storey property is pictured on a half-acre plot.

Future owners of the property, listed by Gascoigne Halman, will have three double bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, with a dressing room attached to the master, a fourth 'occasional' bedroom that can function as a study, and striking ceiling to floor windows across the entire house, set behind archway-style walls.

According to the listing, the house has been 'architecturally designed' with 'modern living in mind' - featuring a central hallway which leads onto an open plan, ultra-modern kitchen-diner and lounge, and a practical pantry and utility room.

A secure gated driveway with space for multiple cars and its own turning circle will provide convenience and privacy.

The property is listed on Rightmove for a cool £1,895,000.

The listing reads: "A unique, bespoke and architecturally designed, single storey, new build property which has been created with modern living in mind and extends to around 3000 sq ft.

"The property is accessed via a secure gated driveway with turning circle providing ample off road parking and landscaped grounds extending to approx. 0.5 of an acre.

"Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, separate living room, three double bedroom suites and fourth occasional bedroom/study."

A spokesperson for Gascoigne Halman said the CGI images used on the listing may not be completely accurate once the house has been built.
