Indebted Kindness was the first rocket sidearm in Destiny 2 that quickly became one of the most used weapons in the sandbox. Since then, we received multiple rocket sidearms of other elements, and now we’ve come full circle with a new Arc weapon, Unfall.
Unfall is an Arc Rocket-Assisted Frame sidearm. Unlike Indebted Kindness, Unfall has different perks for Arc synergy, including Rolling Storm and Jolting Feedback. It also has Drang’s intrinsic, Together Forever, allowing you to load overcharged rounds into the Sturm Exotic hand cannon.
Here are our Unfall god rolls for PvE and PvP in Destiny 2.
What is the Unfall god roll in Destiny 2?

Unfall PvE god roll
- Launcher Barrel: Volatile Launch
- Magazine: Tactical Mag
- Perk one: Lead from Gold
- Perk two: Rolling Storm or Jolting Feedback
- Masterwork: Blast Radius
Unfall PvP god roll
- Launcher Barrel: Quick Launch
- Magazine: High-Velocity Rounds
- Perk one: Impulse Amplifier
- Perk two: Master of Arms
- Masterwork: Velocity
Unfall has solid PvE options, with classic perks like Lead from Gold in the third column to generate Special ammo when picking up Heavy. There’s also Beacon Rounds that grants projectile tracking and, most importantly, increases reload speed by 15.
Rolling Storm and Jolting Feedback are both great perks in the fourth column. Rolling Storm grants stacks of Bolt Charge upon kills, and Jolting Feedback inflicts jolt when dealing repeated damage. Which one to go for depends mainly on your builds and how much they rely on jolting targets and Bolt Charge.
You can go for One for All if you don’t need Arc synergy. It grants a 35 percent damage buff when you hit three separate enemies within three seconds. Because it’s a rocket weapon, the explosion can hit multiple enemies to get the buff quicker, as long as the enemies are close enough.
Rocket sidearms aren’t widely used in PvP because they fire projectiles, making them far less consistent. If you want to mess around with it, you need as much velocity as possible with perks like Impulse Amplifier, which grants 35 percent increased projectile velocity. From damage perks, the best in the lineup is Master of Arms. It gives a 15 percent damage increase when getting a kill with any weapon, increasing to 25 percent at two stacks.
How to get Unfall in Destiny 2

Unfall drops from Solo Ops and Fireteam Ops inside the Portal. Those have a different loot pool from Pinnacle Ops (which includes weapons like Mint Retrograde), and you can get the sidearm by running any activity in the respective playlist. There are quite a few weapons in the pool, so keep an eye out for Bonus Focus rewards that have a chance to drop a specific item when achieving grade B or higher.
The Tier of the weapon you get by completing an activity depends on your Power level, with Tier 5s dropping consistently at 500+ Power. It’s a long grind, but even a Tier 2 or Tier 3 god roll is much better than a Tier 5 with mediocre perks.
