Wise-cracking Celtic fans caught the eye of the Hungarian media as they found themselves inside the Groupama Stadium despite travelling fans being banished.
The club anthem is called 'Over and Over' and a host of inventive supporters wouldn't be denied as they saluted their heroes from the stands during the thrilling 3-2 win – despite the Hungarians saying no even though UK vaccine passports are being accepted in the EU.
And the merry band of Celtic diehards caught the eye as they enjoyed a beverage and even joked with the press pack that they were learning the local language to fit in.
But the players on the pitch were all on the same page as Kyogo Furuhashi, Jota and Liel Abada scored to guarantee them European football after Christmas.
And the local media were highly impressed with the exploits of Ange Postecoiglou 's side both on and off the pitch on a successful night for the Parkhead side.
Here's what they had to say.
Nemzeti Sport
"This time, the pubs in the area did not expect Scottish fans to drink beer. Restaurants near Oradea Square would normally have had to be fitted with extra barrels, and even knowing the performance of Scottish visitors, it wouldn't have hurt to refill the stock with a few crates of whisky – except no Celtic fans were permitted on the Groupama Arena on Thursday night due to the pandemic.
"But that didn't stop Scottish visitors who sipped their beer tastefully on the stadium stand, and when they were spotted by Scottish journalists not far from them, they said with a mouth-to-ear mouth and a characteristic accent, that they learned Hungarian this evening.
"After the start they shouted the names of their favourite team into the night in Budapest, but the Hungarian ultras soon suppressed their voices. The latter were again taken with a spectacular live image for the next Europa League group match, but the confidence of the Franciscan ultras didn't last long."

"The Scots players played with understandable confident, as evidenced by the fact that Ange Postecoglou replaced his otherwise excellent offensive trio at the same time in the 70th minute. Celtic were already spectacularly waiting for the end of the match when Uzuni still brought home hopes with a beautiful goal, but the equaliser no longer came together for Ferencváros."

"No team could stop the third goal as Kyogo Furuhashi teased Liel Abada , who rolled in front of Bogdan from the right corner to make it 3-1.
"This was no longer watched by Fradi fans with happy eyes and sporadic whistles, as well as critical rhymes brought to the attention of players and especially Peter Stöger that they were unhappy with what they saw.
"The head coach tried to change the match with substitutions, Ryan Mmaee and Robert Mak came on the field, and Loncar and Cabraja arrived on the field shortly afterwards, but Celtic’s victory was not in jeopardy.
"For a long time it seemed that there will be longer will be no excitement, and fans demanding "Auf Wiedersehen" to Peter Stoger."
