Unchallenged bidder takes home four houses on one Irish street for absolute steal

While there are countless people across the country that are trawling the property market for their dream home one savvy house hunter has scooped up for.

With demand sky high in Ireland people are often lucky if they get their hands on a single property.

But that does not mean there are those out there on the hunt for a second home or in this case a third or fourth home

A shrewd bidder has managed to get their hands on four plush homes on one street in Co. Laois for an absolute steal.

The four detached three bedrooms homes are all under various stages of completion but are located within Bruach Na hAbhainn residential development around 37km south east of Portlaoise.

Each home boasts two storeys beneath pitched roofs all of which have parking space and impressively sized back gardens.

And one unchallenged bidder managed to get all for the stunningly low price of €300,000 according to auction site Bidx1.

According to the listing the properties each extend to approximately 104 sq. m.

Local amenities in the area include, St Abans National School, St Abban's Catholic Church, Farrells, while further services can be found in Portlaoise town.

And there are plenty of transport links in the area include frequent Bus Eireann services x12 and 124, Portlaoise Train Station and the M7 Motorway.

A pretty impressive deal if you ask us and likely a solid investment.
