Unai Emery forced into outfit change during Arsenal vs Eintracht Frankfurt

Unai Emery was forced to change his coat on the sidelines of Arsenal vs Eintracht Frankfurt - due to a kit clash.

Gunners boss Emery had started the match donning a black club branded waterproof over a smart suit.

But due to the German side's all-black strip he was told he could not stand on the touchline due to the similar colours until he changed his top.

Moments later, one of the members of his back room staff quickly retreated to the changing room to fetch a grey tracksuit top.

During Manchester United's incredible victory over Paris Saint-Germain in last season's Champions League, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was forced to wear a bib due to a clash.

The Norwegian explained after the match: "I had a black coat on and PSG played in black. And the linesman was over on the other side. I was running up and down too much to stop the offside trap, probably."

Emery isn't the first Arsenal manager to have trouble with a coat - with Arsene Wenger enduring a multi-year battle with the outerwear.

One more than one occasion the Frenchman struggled to do up the zip of a long coat.

On another he was caught on camera failing to put his hands in the pocket - repeatedly stroking his side attempting to dig out the hole.
