Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney will feature for the Arsenal Under-23's against Wolves on Friday night, Unai Emery has confirmed.
Neither full-back has made a senior appearance for the Gunners this season because of injury.
Bellerin has been sidelined since January after picking up a serious knee problem during the 2-0 win over Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium, while Tierney underwent groin surgery before completing his £25m summer transfer from Celtic.
Both returned to full training last week and trained with the first-team ahead of the Europa League win over Eintracht Frankfurt.
As expected, they didn't make the trip to Germany.
Instead they will feature when the Gunners' Under-23 side face their Wolverhampton Wanderers counterparts in Premier League 2 action.
This was confirmed by Emery during his post-Frankfurt press conference .
Should Bellerin and Tierney come through the game unscathed then it could be that they feature for Arsenal in their Carabao Cup round three clash against Nottingham Forest next week.
Failing that there is the big game against Manchester United at the end of the month as well as the clash against Standard Liege on matchday two in the Europa League on October 3.

One player who's position in Emery's XI will come under threat once Bellerin is fully fit is Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
And he's discussed the Spaniard's imminent return.
"Only time will tell and of course I want to play as many games as I can," Maitland-Niles said. "I want to stay in the team, but if the manager chooses to pick him (Bellerin) over me, that's something I will have to live with.
"I'll just have to keep training and working hard so that I get picked instead.
"I'm a midfielder by trade, either central or on the wing, it's all the same to me. I'm not a defender so I do get a lot of stick about my defending being poor, but it's something I'm learning and have been learning for a couple of years now.
"It's not going to come overnight. If I was a defender as a kid, and my defending was poor, I would understand where the criticism is coming from, but I'm trying my best for the team and for the manager.
"It's not where I would choose to put myself in the team, as I'm an attacking player by trade. That's all I can try to bring to the team. I'm still learning the defensive side, so when players are running at me, and they're throwing skills at me, I'm still learning how to deal with that.
"It's always nice to have one main position where you play, and everyone else gets to play in their main position, so hopefully it's just a matter of time before I can do that too."
