Una Healy has told her guilty pleasure is red wine but admits her hangovers are getting worse as she gets older.
The 38-year old singer revealed in her heyday she could drink for three nights in a row but these days she opts for cosy nights in with her girl pals.
Tipperary native Una told the Irish Mirror: “I love red wine, I like a glass in the evenings but I find I get red wine mouth and my teeth go black.
“When I was younger I never got this so it comes with age.
“The hangovers are getting worse as I get older, I used to be able to go two or three nights in a row and on holidays I’d be out every night, but I can’t do that anymore.
“I don’t go out anymore really, I prefer to have friends over and share a bottle of wine, it sounds boring and I like to go for dinner.
“But the odd night out every few months is great.”
Her flawless complexion is down to a good skincare regime she adds: “I love makeup, I can never have enough on for a night out.
“But I really look after my skin, I’ll always cleanse my skin day and night, I keep well hydrated, I use a good eye cream, all the things everyone knows.
“I just do my best to be healthy.”
The mom-of-two said she embraces “activewear” on the school run.
She said: “When I’m doing the school run in the morning, I’m not very fashion conscious, I put on the active wear whether I’m going to the gym or not.
“But once I go the school gates I then head to the gym, come back and have a shower, I do stay comfortable and casual but if I’m out meeting people I like to be on trend.”
As for a Saturdays reunion the stunner admits she’s hopeful that the girls will get back together in the not too distant future.
She said: “Not right now, I guess in the future we’ll have a chat about it, nobody’s bringing the subject up right now.
“It’s nice to hear about it though, that people are excited at the prospect of it, that’s very encouraging and I guess it’s something we’ll feed off hopefully in the future, but we just haven’t had that chat yet.”
