Una Healy has shown off her enviable abs in a cheeky Instagram post.
The former Saturdays singer is a fitness fanatic and keeps her followers in the loop as to how she goes about her daily routine.
Little over a month ago she completed the VHI Virtual Women's Marathon 10km in an incredible time of 44:28.
And she hasn't stopped there, posting a video of her abs in the mirror on Instagram.
Followers praised Una and her "ripped" physique and championed the hard work it took her to get there.
It comes after the Tipperary woman spent the week presenting the Six O'Clock Show on Virgin Media One.
Healy showed off her clothing choice throughout the week as she made the return to national TV screens.
And Una was asked by music mogul and reality show legend Louis Walsh if she'd put on her dancing shoes in the future if the opportunity arose.
She seemed interested in the idea, saying: "A few of the Saturdays have done it before, I think I'd give it a go.
"Now, I wouldn't be the strongest dancer in the world, so I'd have to learn how to do all those special dances but I'd give it a go one day."
