
The UN says the humanitarian crisis in Syria has reached new levels, as government sieges continue to pose serious challenges for bringing aid to people in need.
More than a month after the Syrian government regained control of Eastern Ghouta, the country's state media says life has returned to these destroyed districts. But the UN says humanitarian needs inside the former rebel stronghold remain high.
