As we can see, not all MUGEN Characters were created equal. Shockwave is the most difficult to obtain, but it is incredibly powerful. Sound is right below it, sticking in the S-Tier simply because it's great to use and not as hard to get. Water is also enjoyable, but it falls short of the others in terms of damage and utility.

If you're a beginner learning how to fight in MUGEN, I recommend trying out Sickles, as they are easy to play. Once you figure out how the movement and battle work, you can try to get Sound or Shockwave, which are harder to play but deal much more damage and are more rewarding in the long run.
How to Reroll Characters in MUGEN
To Reroll your current Character in MUGEN, simply navigate to the Characters button on the top left side of the screen. From there, you will see how many Spins or Lucky Spins you have, and will be able to Reroll your Character with the provided percentages.
