After pilots, STs are the most important thing to invest in as you progress in Mecharashi. In the table above is our current Mecharashi STs tier list. Generally, Light and Medium STs are the most important, as most of the meta pilots will require them. Heavy STs are mostly on Guardians, which aren't really a priority, especially early on. In the tier list, we ranked all STs based on their passive abilities and stats at maximum quality. ST Types Explained

 Light |
Light STs are lightweight and provide extra dodge and mobility. Most long-range and melee pilots use this type of STs. Only Light STs can be fitted with the Accelerator and the Jetpack. |
 Medium |
Medium STs are the most abundant and offer a good balance of all stats. Also, Medium ST licences are the most common among pilots. Only Medium STs can be fitted with a Tactical Weapon, the Manipulator, and the Extra Ammo Supply Backpack. |
 Heavy |
Heavy STs are the least common, mostly because only melee and guardian pilots use them. They pack high HP and thick armor. Only Heavy STs can be fitted with a Large Shield and an Inducer Backpack. |

The best ST on the beginner banner is Twilight Fang. It's an excellent ST for Kaidan, who will be one of your main DPSs throughout the early Mecharashi progression.
What are the best A-Grade STs?
The best A-Grade STs are Roadrunner, Kaolin, Arash, Ambusher, and Hermes. The most important of the five is the Roadrunner, which is a really good ST for supports.
