'Ultimate' commuter backpack has fingerprint lock and in-built charging system

While it’s not the most enjoyable activity in the world, commuting is a daily necessity for many people.

If, like me, you find yourself sardined in a busy tube most mornings, you’ll know the importance of bringing the right bag with you.

To help make the commute that little bit less painful, Agazzi has launched the ‘ultimate’ commuter backpack.

The Agazzi Pro has several smart features, including an anti-theft fingerprint lock, internal and external lighting, and a waterproof coating.

Nicolo Agazzi, co-founder of Agazzi Designs, said: “We expect our mobile phones to have fingerprint security, but often leave our bags easily accessible to anyone out there.

“We wanted to create a product that integrates problem-solving features, giving our bags incredible security alongside a sleek aesthetic.

“We designed Agazzi to help you face all situations in your everyday life and we believe that Agazzi will be the last backpack you ever buy, and that’s why we’re offering a lifetime guarantee.”

The fingerprint lock features on the side of the bag, alongside a stainless steel retractable cable that lets you lock the zips in place.

Meanwhile, the front of the bag features a subtle light panel, which can be switched on or off, or be made to flash - very handy for cyclists.

Other handy features include a concealed charge-on-the-go system and internal light, which could be ideal if you regularly find yourself rummaging around the bottom of the bag.

Unsurprisingly, the backpack isn’t cheap, with prices ranging from £129 - £189.
