Ulster host Connacht in Belfast as fans are treated to the first of an interprovincial double bill on St Stephen's Day.
Ulster come into it off the back of back-to-back European Champions Cup wins over Clermont Auvergne and Northampton, with Dan McFarland's men sure to be confident of bringing that form back into the URC.
Meanwhile, Andy Friend's Connacht came just short against unbeaten Leicester after an opening round win over Stade Francais in their bid to reach the knockout stages for the first time.
The two sides met just over two months ago at the Aviva Stadium after the Westerners opted to use the Lansdowne Road venue over the Sportsground.
And it proved a masterstroke as Friend's men cruised to a resounding 36-11 victory over Ulster in a big upset.
But with Ulster boasting home advantage this time around, they'll be hoping there won't be a repeat as they go into it slight favourites.
