Ulrika Jonsson has shown off her tanned legs as the nation enjoys some much-needed sunshine.
The mum-of-four took a photo of her bronzed pins as she sunbathed in her garden and jokingly referring to them as "hotdogs."
The post comes after Ulrika prioritised self care sharing another pic before her 54th birthday in which she wears a black silk vest and sports a gold 'U' necklace.
She captioned the post: "As it's nearly my birthday I thought I'd slip you something.
"When you have four kids and other priorities you have to make damn sure you make today about you."
The Sweden-born star was recently on our screens in Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins however Ulrika had to leave the show following medical advice.
The programme's bosses felt that it would be unsafe for her to continue on the strenuous series after a medical examination deemed her unfit to compete after just two episodes.
Ulrika suffers from adult incontinence and mentioned it on the show, saying: "Mothers like me have been left to think that it was just one of those things we are supposed to put up with."
She said: "I can't bear the thought of women suffering alone, in silence and feeling so alienated by this condition through absolutely no fault of their own."

According to Ulrika, incontinence affects almost 5 million women under the age of 40.
Despite having to leave the show early however, Ulrika believes that the challenge has "had a profoundly positive effect" on her.
The star candidly admitted to Ant Middleton that she felt as though she had lost some of her confidence as she got older.
During her interrogation by Ant and Jason Fox in the first episode, she revealed that she wanted to take part in the physically and mentally challenging show because she had got to the stage where she felt "lost" as a woman and a mother of four.
However after a series of gruelling tasks, including mud wrestling broadcaster Saira Khan in the Scottish Highlands- Ulrika gave the show everything she had.
The former Gladiators presenter has four children - Cameron, 26, Bo, 21, Martha, 15 and Malcolm, 12 and insists she won't stop taking racy selfies as she carries on loving her body.
Regarding her children seeing the pics, she told The Sun : "I don't give a f**k about them. This is my life. I've dedicated my life to them. Yes, there are probably times when they're unhappy, but they don't voice it anymore."
And she insists that she will continue to flaunt her assets online.
"I have more years behind me than I have in front of me," she said. "And I have shown more than my dedication to them and that will continue.
"Sometimes, they go 'oh cringe'. but that's the role of the parent to embarrass the children."
