Ulrika Jonsson has marked her 54th birthday by stripping off in a celebratory Instagram post.
The Swedish-British TV presenter has labelled herself a ‘passionate lioness’ as she enters her 54th year on earth.
The confident star took to social media to hype herself up on her milestone birthday by striking a number of sultry and silly poses from her bed in a skimpy tank-top.
Ulrika, who has never been shy about showing off her gym-honed physique, looked sensational in the birthday post as she listed out the wonderful attributes of her personality.
The blonde star cast a fierce expression across her face as she compared herself to a lioness in the lengthy caption.
Alongside the striking snaps, she penned: “This is 54. Happy Birthday, to me.”
Ulrika then went on to list all the wonderful things she has learned about herself over the past 54 years.
The proud star wrote: “I’m a lioness of boundless proportions.
“I am fierce; I am loyal. Passion courses through my veins; fire scorches my heart and imagination canters like a wild horse through my buoyant, tangled mind.
“I love with reckless abandon and ardour at times when caution and circumspection might be the order of the day. Lying down with lions has never perturbed me.
“But the futility of attempting to change the shape of my heart has never been lost on me. I am who I am.
I may be too much. But I am never not enough.”
She continued: “I’m instinctive and intuitive. An empath; a lover, a carer and nurturer.
“I am learning to put myself first but it turns out to be a vigorous lesson to learn. I am a woman of substance. I am a complicated soul.
“I can be apprehensive and impatient. And I don’t like goat’s cheese.”
Naturally, Ulrika’s fierce post has attracted mass attention from fans and famous friends alike.
Former Loose Women host Saira Khan flocked to the comments to compliment her pal as she penned: “Happy Birthday beautiful, enjoy your day and I hope you get everything you desire.”
