Ukraine war briefing: Three killed in Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow

  • President Zelensky announced that officials responsible for allowing a weapons warehouse in a residential area near Kyiv, which led to 10 deaths after a Russian strike, have been identified and will face accountability.
