When the national lockdown was reintroduced to the UK, so was the government’s order to work from home if possible. But the rule has been unevenly enforced, as workers have been asked by some employers to continue to commute into their workplace.
We’d like to hear from people who are being encouraged to come into their workplace, but whose jobs could be done from home. Were you able to work from home during the first national lockdown? Is your employer reluctant to allow you to do so now? How have you been encouraged or incentivised to remain in the office?
