Liverpool is set to be as warm as Ibiza today, as temperatures climb and sunshine dominates.
Merseyside has been enjoying warm and sunny days this week, with no April showers in sight.
Friday saw a bright and warm day, with temperatures hitting a high of 18 degrees in the afternoon.
And the good weather is expected to carry over into the rest of today, with sunshine expected all day.
Temperatures are forecast to hit a high of 17 degrees in the afternoon, putting Liverpool on a par with Spanish island Ibiza.
Sunday will see the dry weather continue, but there could be more cloud around and it won't be as warm with the mercury only expected to hit 14 degrees.
As we head into next week the rain should continue to stay away, but it will become cloudier and cooler, with temperatures falling away to just into double figures.
The Met Office forecast for the entire North West said: "Saturday will be another dry and fine day with lots of sunshine. Feeling slightly cooler than Friday, but still mild. Winds will continue to be gentle.
"Sunday will be another largely dry and fine day. It will be cooler, and there is a chance of some cloud developing in the afternoon.
"Skies will remain clear overnight and it will be chilly again.
"Monday looks to be quite cloudy, with the chance of the odd spot of rain.
"Tuesday will be a cloudy and breezy day, with some sunshine at times. Chance of a few showers."
