The glorious sunshine of the July heatwave now seems a distant memory as Liverpool prepares for more rainfall today.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning throughout Tuesday and Wednesday - as there is a concern the thunderstorms and heavy rain may lead to flooding and transport disruption.
Heavy rain hit areas across Merseyside yesterday - and forecasters are predicting that there will be more downpour today.

The rain is expected to start at the very start of the day with a 40% chance of light showers at 6am.
This is only set to be a short downpour as the rain is expected to stop by 7am - and it will remain dry for the majority of the morning until 11am.
The chance of rain will hover around 30% for a couple of hours- and the outlook for the afternoon is much less positive.
Heavy showers will start at 1pm which will develop into a thunderstorm by 3pm.
The showery conditions will remain until 9pm when the chance of rain will fall to just 10%
The temperature will remain warm as it will range 15C - 17C for the whole of Wednesday.
