It feels like a long time ago that we were basking in bright sunshine and temperatures of around 20 degrees.
This weekend has been mostly grey and miserable with only a few brief sightings of the sun - but it's about to get a lot worse.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the South West, including Bristol, with heavy rain showers expected to bring travel disruption.
The conditions are expected to set in at around 4pm and last until around 8pm.
Forecasters have warned that up to 20mm will fall in less than an hour in "a few places" as the weekend ends with a washout and possible travel disruption, reports The Mirror.
On the Met Office's website it says: "Heavy showers continue to develop, particularly near southern coasts and also more widely across Dorset and eastern parts of Somerset.
"A few places will see 15-20 mm of rain fall in less than an hour leading to surface water flooding on some roads."
Despite this, the BBC Weather forecast states that there will be a mixture of sun, cloud and light rain showers between now and 8pm, with only a 53 per cent chance of rain.
