A major road has been closed and multiple cars have been left stranded as major flooding hits the UK.
At least 14 flood warnings are in place across England, mainly hitting the south, south west and area around the River Severn.
There are also warnings for the areas around Tewkesbury, Worcester, Southampton, Crawley, Weymouth, Yeovil and Exeter.
Up to 50 homes have been hit by the rapidly rising water.
The Met Office yellow warning which came into effect at 2pm on Wednesday, is set to last until noon on Friday.
The A30 in Cornwall has been closed due to heavy flooding and fallen trees, tailbacks are stretching as far as seven miles from the closed stretch at Hayle.

Police are also warning drivers caught in the traffic to "stop making dangerous u-turns" according to Cornwall Live.
The A road was closed at Hayle in both directions as floods left it submerged under water this morning.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "We are asking all drivers to take extreme care in these weather conditions.
"We are aware some motorists decided to do U-turns in the Roseworthy dip on the A30, please do not this as it is very dangerous."
Residents in Hayle have spoken of their devastation after the flash floods.
Nigel Powell, 72, retired, said: "I live 10m from the centre of Hayle and outside our door it was probably about a foot deep.
"There's a low point there, there's probably about 130 yards when it is that bad - after that it's about 6 inches deep.
"It doesn't usually happen this bad, this is the worst we've seen it. It must have been a flash storm near the field above us.
"It's been bad here, the way it was coming down off the hills - my wife has live here all her life, she's 68 and she's never seen it like that.
"I tried to go up to my allotment earlier but I couldn't get through town. They're still pumping out the shops and cleaning them down."
Many locals expressed sadness after the police confirmed 50 properties in Hayle had been affected by the floods.
Julian Tredinnick wrote: "Terrible sights. Gutted for everyone affected."
Charlotte Taylor said: "The fire service has done an amazing job of clearing the floods so quickly. I feel so sorry for everyone affected."
A spokesman for Cornwall Council said: "We have four appliances pumping out water in Fore Street, Hayle, which has been affected by severe flash flooding.
"Around 50 premises have been affected by floodwater.
"Our advice to residents if you are worried about flooding is to prepare yourselves, put sandbags out and move any valuables from the floor.
"We would always advise drivers not to attempt to drive through floodwater."
