A National Lottery winner is yet to claim a potentially life-changing £120,000 prize from the Set for Life draw in August.
Someone is missing out on £10,000-a-month for a whole year after their five main numbers were drawn on August 19.
The winner is believed to be from north west Wales or may be a tourist to the region, it is reported by NorthWalesLive.
The ticket was bought somewhere in Gwynedd or Anglesey with the winning Set For Life numbers: 8, 31, 39, 42, 47. The Life Ball was 10.
Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at the National Lottery, urged people to check their old tickets.

He said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.
“This amazing prize could really make a massive difference to somebody’s life.
“We’re urging everyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.
“Try looking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa.
“We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.”
The lucky ticket-holder has until February 15, 2022, to claim their prize.
Anyone not in possession of their ticket, for whatever reason, but who believes they have a genuine claim, can still make a claim in writing to Camelot.
However this must be done within 30 days of the draw – in this case, by September 18.
Camelot encourages people to check their tickets online at national-lottery.co.uk, or by downloading the National Lottery app.
Online and app players get an email notification if they win a prize.
If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus interest, will go to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
To make a claim, players can contact Camelot via the National Lottery Line, or email Camelot at help@national-lottery.co.uk before the 180-day claim period.
Claims must subsequently be made in person.
