A self-proclaimed 'perfectionist' has been branded the ultimate 'bridezilla' after sharing a list of strict rules for her wedding - including a ban on children, mobile phones, and social media. Jennifer Wilkinson wanted her big day to go her way so she drew up a list of dos and don'ts, and she was militant in enforcing them.
Jennifer, 30, from Peterborough, insisted on having three hen dos, one of which was in Ibiza, restricted how much her bridesmaids could drink, and only invited a fraction of her huge circle of friends and family. She said she wears the 'bridezilla' label with pride, and added "if people aren't looking at you, what's the point?"

Jennifer said: "It was my day, and I was going to be the centre of attention no matter what. I sent over three thousand emails, spent £10,000 and axed dozens of people because they didn't RSVP in time or wanted to bring children.
"There were some fights with friends and family disagreements. By the time everyone arrived at the church they were a little scared of me - but it worked as everything went perfectly. It was the wedding of my dreams."
Speaking to The Sun, Jennifer explained that she met her husband Christopher, 32, when they were at school and they formed a relationship in 2015.

He proposed two years later and they planned their wedding for another two, before setting the date and inviting their guests to their big day in Healing, Lincolnshire.
She continued: "That's when I knew I'd have to be Britain's strictest bridezilla for our white wedding. My bridesmaids were the first to feel my demands. I had six including a maid of honour and a chief bridesmaid."
Jennifer insisted that her bridesmaids throw her three hen-dos including one in Ibiza, as well as a bridal shower, and in total the celebrations cost over £3,000.

Then, in the build-up to the wedding, she refused to do any of the work and instead insisted that her bridesmaids do everything, from setting tables, putting up decorations, and bringing her drinks whenever she asked.
She said that she "expected excellence", and when one bridesmaid was later to a practice run she was soon replaced. When she started crying, Jennifer told the ex-guest to "pull it together" because "it was all about me, not her".
Jennifer demanded that all groomsmen wore brown shoes, she banned guests from bringing children, and implemented a 'no ring, no bring' policy for the guestlist - meaning only people who were personally invited could come.
Those who made the cut were banned from using their phones, and no one was allowed to post pictures to social media until given permission by Jennifer.
One guest was black-listed for wearing a dress that was too "s****y", and even the groom ended up in Jennifer's bad books after waking from his stag do with a hangover.
He said: "I knew Jennifer would be a bridezilla, so I just tried to keep my head down. It was an amazing wedding, and I guess what Jennifer wants, Jennifer gets!"
