A male-only sauna is on the market for over £1m.
Northwich Sauna’s website says that it is the “UK’s largest male only leisure facility for curious, bi-sexual and gay men.”
The building is found on Winnington Lane in the Cheshire town and has operated as an adult sauna since 2005.

Its facilities span two floors - “catering to many tastes.”
It boasts a number of varied facilities, including a steam complex, sauna, rain shower, sun room, ‘The Dungeon’, Amsterdam-inspired cabins called ‘WhamBam’ and a coffee lounge.
The sauna runs a variety of events, such as “Strictly b*****k naked” and “Funday Sunday”, which are said to attract 200 attendees.
A post on the website says: "You’ll be met by a friendly smile, be handed a towel and issued with a locker to store your belongings.
"You’re then free to explore the facilities and enjoy the fun Northwich Sauna has to offer."
The premises are currently listed for sale on RightMove for a price of £1.3m.
Marketed by Sidney Phillips North West, the RightMove listing states: “Excellent opportunity to purchase the UKs leading adult sauna business which has large clientele and high net turnover. Alternatively, this is huge scope for change of use (STPP) with the building being in a prominent road size position over 0.9 acres.”
Though the building has been listed on RightMove, Northwich Sauna tweeted on March 5 saying that it had no plans to close down.
The tweet read: “We ARE Open @NORTHWICHSAUNA despite the rumours circulating and have NO intention of closing our business down. Happy weekend everyone, don't forget its Bears, cubs & followers today. #fakenews”
