UK's Labour Party to hold second Brexit vote if it wins election

The United Kingdom's main opposition Labour Party has pledged to hold a second referendum on Brexit if it wins an election.

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn wants to first secure a national election, and then determine the party's Brexit stance.

Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports from Brighton, where the party is holding its annual conference.
