UK public sector workers: what are your hopes for the public spending review?

A pay restraint on public sector workers is expected to be announced next week by the chancellor Rishi Sunak.

We would like to hear from those working in the public sector and their hopes for the spending review, as well as what their experiences have been like working during the pandemic.
