UK Met Office weather forecast: Another sunny day for Bristol

Forecasters are predicting another bright and sun-filled day for Bristol and most of Britain on Monday, March 22.

The weather forecast predicts just a day of sunshine for most of the country, including Bristol - with a negligible chance of rain.

A widespread frost from overnight will soon thaw and temperatures will rise to just 12 deg C by mid-afternoon - still pretty chilly, especially with that easterly nip in the breeze.

The Government are ordering people to stay indoors - or at least in their gardens - because of the coronavirus - so it would be a good day to tidy up the backyards rather than go and mingle with thousands of others in Bristol's parks again.

There is a weather warning in force for three days in the UK - for heavy rain in the far north west of the Outer and Inner Hebrides.

The outlook for the rest of the week is pretty similar - with some very sunny days ahead, although temperatures won't feel particularly spring like.
