UK housing: tell us how your service charge has changed over the last year

The rising costs of service charges has put pressure on people who live in flats across the country. The average amount paid every year now stands at £2,200, adding to the rising cost of mortgages and rent.

We would like to hear from people who have seen their service charge change significantly since last year and what reasons they were given. We would also like to hear what you get for your service charge and whether you think the cost is justified.
