The United Kingdom and the European Union seems to have agreed on a draft political declaration that sets out the terms of the post-Brexit relationship between London and Brussels.
The EU is scheduled to vote on the agreement on Sunday. It's a rather downbeat assessment when compared to British Prime Minister Theresa May's comments that a final Brexit deal was within her grasp.
