Boris Johnson told a press conference at Downing Street that more measures will come if people do not act responsibly on Sunday.
It came as as the deaths of 48 more coronavirus victims was announced.
Boris Johnson said last night that the NHS could be overwhelmed, similarly to how Italy's health service has, and told people to avoid visiting their parents on Mother's Day.
It comes after the number of confirmed cases of the virus in the UK since the outbreak reaches over 5800 cases.
