Our guest is the British ambassador to France, Edward Llewellyn. He spoke to us amid continued uncertainty over the Brexit process. Llewellyn told us that around £4 billion has already been spent on "no-deal" preparations in the UK – and when asked, did not rule out the possibility that France might refuse to give the UK a second extension to the negotiations.
Programme recorded on April 2.
