The Georgia Bulldogs at Missouri Tigers game has been postponed until later in the season following a COVID-19 outbreak within the Missouri football program. Missouri’s contract tracing deemed that the Tigers wouldn’t have enough players to play the Bulldogs.
Georgia football is coming off a loss to Florida and could’ve used a bounce-back week. Now, Georgia will have to hope they can play Mississippi State next week.
Missouri and UGA could potentially reschedule and play on Dec. 19.
UGA’s season is more development oriented at this point, so it is good that Georgia can still practice. Kudos to the UGA players and staff for being responsible and not having a major COVID-19 outbreak this season.

Eliah Drinkwitz said there was another positive COVID-19 test from Tuesday's round of testing, which compounded Missouri's shortage at a certain position. That led to this morning's postponement of the Georgia game.
