UGA lands 3-star receiver commitment

On Friday, 3-star wide receiver Corey Wren announced that he would be committing to the G.

The 2020 receiver is from New Orleans, Louisiana, where he stars for John Curtis High School.

One of the biggest strengths that Wren possesses is his blinding speed. In addition to football, he also starred for the John Curtis High School track team with three junior season 100-meter times in the 10.4’s.

While at 5’9″ and 170 pounds Wren might not be the most physically imposing player on the field, his elite quickness should still be effective at the college level.

Wren’s commitment was news that Dawg fans needed to hear, as earlier in the day it was announced that primary receiver Jeremiah Holloman was being released from the team as a result of a domestic violence investigation.

Congratulations to Corey on becoming a Dawg!
