Jamil Burroughs, a four-star defensive tackle and Georgia Bulldog recruiting target will make his commitment date today. McEachern High School defensive tackle Jamil Burroughs announced on Twitter that he is re-opening his recruitment last month:
Burroughs is a 6’2″, 330-pound Peach State native and has Clemson, Alabama, and Georgia among his top school. The Crimson Tide and Tigers have the top two 2020 recruiting classes and will look to continue their dominance of recruiting and on-the-field play.
Burroughs would be a boost to Kirby Smart’s class of 2020. Georgia’s 2020 class is among the best in the nation, but still needs a few more commitments. Alabama is considered the front runner to land Burroughs when he announces his commitment later today:
Burroughs is considered a top forty defensive tackle recruit. He’d be a good fit at defensive tackle or as a 3-4 defensive end for the Bulldogs.
