The Georgia basketball program signed seven new players to its team from the 2019 class while also losing a plethora of seniors and transfers that were in uniform last season.
With that being said, the jersey numbers in the Stegeman Coliseum locker rooms needed some updating before the season officially kicks off in the late fall.

Of note to many, perhaps the most anticipated recruit in Bulldog basketball history, Anthony Edwards, will wear No. 5 while in Athens.
The number previously belonged to 2018-19 freshman JoJo Toppin, but the small forward transferred to Georgia State in late April.
Now, fans can finally purchase their “Ant-Man” jerseys, if they haven’t done so already.
The Steg is sure to be filled with passion and energy this season as Coach Crean wants, but Edwards’ presence will only bolster the basketball vibe in Athens.
