UFL update 0.70.0 is available today, focusing on tightening up several core gameplay systems. Dribble covering has been improved with more natural movement when shielding the ball, better positional control in physical situations, optimized animations and smoother transitions between dribbling, ball control and feints. Short ground passes played out of a dribble are now more responsive and animation issues during passes have been addressed.
Goalkeeper behavior has been improved across multiple scenarios, including more natural movement when putting the ball back into play and better decision-making on free kicks. Deflections are now more likely to be pushed into safer areas, reactions to shots off the crossbar have been improved and positioning against chip shots has been adjusted. The update also fixes an issue where the penalty aiming target could disappear or appear incorrectly sized after changing the taker. Check out the rest of the patch notes below.
