UFC stars including Conor McGregor react to Joe Rogan's huge Spotify podcast deal

Conor McGregor is among the UFC stars congratulating fight commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan on his huge podcast deal.

Rogan has landed a spectacular deal with Spotify for the the exclusive rights to his popular podcast - which is reportedly worth $100million.

McGregor, Tyron Woodley and Cub Swanson were among the fight stars to say 'congrats' to Rogan after he announced the move on social media.

Stand-up comedian Rogan is an MMA enthusiast and is the post-fight interviewer in the octagon.

The 52-year-old has provided the questions for some of McGregor's most famous quotes in the cage after fights. But the Dubliner has yet to appear on his podcast.

His coach John Kavanagh has appeared regularly on the show and congratulated Rogan, labelling him 'inspirational'.

Rogan's podcast was provided build-up and analysis to the Floyd Mayweather boxing fight in 2017 - which McGregor insists will lead to a rematch that he will win.

Speculation over a rematch between the pair has ramped up recently after Mike Tyson heaped praise on the MMA ace for what he saw as a fine performance against undefeated boxing legend Mayweather.

That praise led to McGregor watching the fight back - and he liked what he saw when rewatching the bout despite falling to a TKO defeat.

McGregor tweeted: "It was a great contest, just watched it back! Early rounds all mine, and even later rounds when legs where gone, I still outlanded him.

"I received my credit from many notable names in the boxing world, which I was thankful for. None more so than from Mike. Excited for part 2."
