NORFOLK, Va. – MMA Junkie is on scene and reporting live from Friday’s early and official UFC on ESPN+ 27 fighter weigh-ins, which kick off at 9 a.m. ET (6 a.m. PT).
The early weigh-ins take place at the UFC host hotel in Norfolk, Va. Unlike most UFC events, there are no ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans ahead of Saturday’s card, which takes place at Chartway Arena in Norfolk. The event streams on ESPN+.
Among those weighing in are Joseph Benavidez (28-5 MMA, 15-3 UFC) and Deiveson Figueiredo (17-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC), who meet in the main event for the vacant flyweight title, and Zarah Fairn (6-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and former Invicta FC champion Felicia Spencer (7-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC), who fight in the women’s featherweight co-feature.
