UFC fighters react to Zhang Weili’s dominant championship win

If you didn’t wake up early to watch UFC Fight Night Shenzen, you missed a dominant and historic performance in the main event. Strawweight challenger Zhang Weili became the first-ever Chinese UFC champion by destroying Jessica Andrade in just 42 seconds. Zhang punished Andrade with a series of brutal knees to the head, and as soon as Zhang swarmed Andrade on the ground, the referee stepped in and waved off the fight.

Zhang improved her record to 20-1 with the upset win, and received rave reviews from fellow fighters.
