UFC fighters are actually going to like what Jake Paul had to say about Dana White

Jake Paul was at UFC 261 in Jacksonville on Saturday night and had a bit of a heated moment with Daniel Cormier because of things the YouTube star/boxer had to say about other UFC fighters.

While Paul has been pretty annoying with the things he has said about Tyron Woodley and others, what he had to say Sunday about Dana White is something all UFC fighters can likely support.

And what a wild turn that would be.

Paul posted a statement directed at White on social media on Sunday in which he ripped the UFC boss for not paying his fighters enough and telling him to make the fight fans want to see – Jon Jones vs. Francis Ngannou – while paying the fighters the large amounts of money they want and deserve.

Here’s Paul’s post:

Fighter pay and how fighters, who don’t have a union, are dealt with by White and the UFC have been big issues for years now and Paul is right to call them out on it. These fighters deserve a lot more money for what they do and what they help bring in to the UFC.

After Saturday night’s fights, White said he had no interest in doing business with Paul and said he didn’t believe the numbers that the Paul-Ben Askren pay per view did.

I’m not a huge Jake Paul fan by any means but it is fun to see him call out White for these meaningful issues.

Man, what weird time we’re in.
