UFC fan trolls Conor McGregor with knockout tattoo ahead of Dustin Poirier trilogy fight

A UFC fan has trolled Conor McGregor by getting a tattoo of the Dubliner knocked out after his January bout with Dustin Poirier.

The Notorious will face the American for a third time this summer after suffering a shock defeat to him in Abu Dhabi.

A victory for McGregor could see him face newly crowned lightweight champion Charles Oliveira later in the year.

Ahead of the trilogy fight, one fan has got a tattoo of the Dubliner unconscious following January's loss.

An image of the tattoo has been shared widely on social media, but it is not clear who it belongs to.

McGregor is stepping up preparations for the July 10 trilogy bout, with his coaches John Kavanagh and Owen Roddy jetting out to Dubai on Monday.

The former two-weight champion's fiancee Dee Devlin gave birth to the couple's third child earlier this week, just days after McGregor was named the world's richest athlete.

McGregor took to Instagram to post a picture with his new son, saying: "The McGregor Clan is now a family of 5.

"Healthy baby boy delivered! Baby and Mammy Wonder Woman are doing great! God I thank you for everything you give to me and my family in this world.

"My new born son, Rían McGregor."
