UFC champ Henry Cejudo willing to bend the knee – in marriage?! – to secure Jose Aldo fight

It appears Henry Cejudo is the one who may be willing to bend the knee in hopes of securing a fight.

Cejudo hasn’t forgotten about his previously booked fight with Jose Aldo, who due to the travel ban restrictions amid the coronavirus outbreak was forced out of their Saturday fight.

Instead, Cejudo will be taking on another former champion Saturday in Dominick Cruz, but still has every intention to face Aldo next with a win.

And he even went so far as to joke he’d be willing to marry Aldo to help with his reported visa issues getting into the U.S.

“The thing is, I’m not letting ‘Jose Baldo’ off the hook,” Cejudo told ESPN. “He’s got to man up to me now. I told people if I have to marry him to get him to this country, because I know he’s having visa problems, that’s what I’ll do so we could fight. So I’ll be willing to get on one knee, but I ain’t letting that dude off the hook. So Jose Aldo, you’re next.”
