UFC champ Henry Cejudo ups his cringe game with props before UFC 238 and many fans hated it

UFC flyweight champ Henry Cejudo, who will be fighting for the bantamweight title at UFC 238 in Chicago on Saturday night, has openly embraced a movement/hashtag that he has called “#Cringejudo.”

He took it to a whole new brutal level at Thursday’s UFC 238 media day staredowns when he dressed up as a magician and brought props, which didn’t impress his opponent, Marlon Moraes, or many fans who saw it on Twitter.

This is after he brought out a snake before a staredown with T.J. Dillashaw before his last fight.

And now I get why someone like Nate Diaz, who rightfully treats fights as wars, has stayed away from the UFC for three years.

Because this kind of stuff, while lighthearted and meant to be a joke, is just so darn corny that it makes me feel uncomfortable watching it.

Check out what he did Thursday:

He later added this line:

Yikes.

I don’t know who sees this and goes, “Man, I gotta buy that fight Saturday night!”

UFC 238 will begin at 10:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 8th on ESPN+.
