Ty Miller v Adam Fugitt
The first fight is nearly here.
Ty Miller from Arizona will take on Adam Fugitt from Oregon. Two Americans going head to head but only one can prevail.
Stay with us as the Welterweight fight is about to begin.
Fugitt v Miller: Round One
After the announcer accidentally announced each fighter as the other, they touched gloves and began.
Some tentative jabs but Miller came out swinging and landed some powerful punches to the jaw.
Fugitt was looking to take a shot and take it out of a stand up fight but Miller had something to say about that.
The last 30 seconds were chaotic as Miller landed a shot to take him down which Fugitt could not recover from!
It looked like Fugitt may survive the last 30 seconds but with literally one second left, the ref was forced to call it!
Miller wins in one round.
Paramount+ UFC era starts with a TKO

Well, drama already as this new phase of UFC history under Paramount+ starts and ends its first fight in 4 min 59 secs.
A TKO (technical knock out) is always dramatic and Miller's dominance over Fugitt was no different.
Make sure you tune in to Paramount+ now and catch this mountain of drama.
Josh Hokit v Denzel Freeman about to start
The heavyweight fight between Josh Hokit from California and Denzel Freeman from Atlanta is moments away.
Who will prevail?
Hokit v Freeman: Round One
Straight out of the gate, Hokit sought to take the stand up fight to some greco wrestling and succeeded.
Hokit rained punches down on Freeman and tried to get under his chin.
While Hokit dominated over him, Freeman looked weak as he protected his head and neck in a defensive move.
Finally, Freeman lunged at Hokit but was caught off balance and took another bombardment of jabs including a deadly uppercut.
Staggering away and looking like he didn't even know where he was, the ref called the fight as soon as the bell for round one rang.
Another dramatic fight that was over in the final seconds of round one.
Hokit wins in one round.

Two fights, two bloodbaths

Well, you can't complain you haven't already got your money's worth from your Paramount+ subscription!
Maybe it would have been more satisfying to see both fights go into round two but they've delivered on every other front.
Stay tuned for Perez vs Johnson next...
Perez v Johnson about to start
Perez from California is about to enter the Octagon and face Johnson from Kansas.
Which American will dominate?
Perez v Johnson: Round One
Somer gentle jabs is how these two flyweights start the first round...
However, after a minute in the Octagon, Johnson stumbles and Perez lands a bombardment of punches! You can see in Johnson's eyes that he's gone.
Perez is all over Johnson, and Johnson is doing everything he can to stay up.
Perez lands a nasty left hook, and that's it! The ref calls it!
Johnson is so out of it that he doesn't even realise that the ref has called it and tries to continue the fight. 3 mins 16 secs sees a win through TKO.
Perez wins in one round.
Modestas Bukauskas vs Nikita Krylov
Now, we have the light heavyweight: a Lithuanian-British fighter taking on a Russian fighter...
Catch it now on Paramount+.
Krylov v Bukauskas: Round One
Some stand up fighting is how the two light heavyweights start but within the first few minutes it turns to grappling.
Krylov throws Bukauskas to the ropes and the Lithuanian-Brit does well to keep on his feet.
The crowd give some gentle booing as they clearly tire of some fairly mundane grappling with not a lot of action.
The last 30 seconds sees Krylov land a punch that looks good but not good enough to end it in one round.
This is the first fight to go past one round so far...
Krylov v Bukauskas: Round Two
Round two begins.
Krylov lands some incredible knee shots as he pins Bukauskas to the ropes.
With a bruised eye and an inability to find his rhythm, Bukauskas is being slowly dominated.
Krylov is looking for an opening and in fairness Bukauskas is not giving it to him. A scrappy last 10 seconds but no winning shots.
Round two finishes and the crowd sound restless.
Krylov v Bukauskas: Round Three
The final round begins.
Huge left by Krylov straight out the gate which Bukauskas takes in his stride.
Krylov circles his prey, waiting for a moment of weakness. He's playing the long game but he's only got three minutes left.
Bukauskas deploys some wild swings but they don't connect with anything.
With less than a minute, it looks like it'll go to the judges to call the match with no TKO on the cards.
Less than 10 seconds to go...and Krylov lands a right hand that connects with Bukauskas.
His eyes roll back and he lands flat on his front, and the ref calls it!
Three seconds to go and the judges can stand down as Krylov is crowned the winner.
Krylov wins in three rounds.

Gautier v Pulyaev: Round One
Ateba Gautier, the Cameroonian, takes on Andrey Pulyaev, the Russian.
Ateba Gautier knocks Andrey Pulyaev off his feet within 10 seconds!
And again less than a minute later!
Pulyaev manages a great body kick but doesn't do much damage. At this point Pulyaev is flailing, he's looking for that ring of the bell.
Pulyaev manages to grab a sloppy kick from Gautier which manages to unbalance him but only momentarily.
Less than a minute left and Pulyaev is backing away, not giving Gautier any chances. The ref stops the fight briefly to check on Pulyaev but all is good.
Round one ends, no winner yet.
Gautier v Pulyaev: Round Two
It doesn't look like this fight is going to wrestling or grappling any time soon.
The two both trade jabs and kicks but not landing any significant blows.
Pulyaev takes a stumble backwards, mainly from dodging rather than direct contact from Gautier.
And then a big right hand from Gautier. He has Pulyaev up against the ropes, landing blow after blow, kick after kick.
Pulyaev gets himself out of the sticky situation but not before he takes significant damage.
30 seconds to go and Pulyaev is holding on. Just.
The bell rings.
Don't miss the round three action on Paramount+.
Gautier v Pulyaev: Round Three
Looking unstable on his feet, Pulyaev stays on the defensive from this dominating Cameroonian.
No surprise but the stats show Pulyaev has been retreating much more than his opponent, and this round doesn't look any different.
Two minutes left and no significant blows landed on either side. This could be a scrappy last 10 seconds.
We'll find out soon.
The crowd boos as the fight becomes more stagnant with both fighters playing it safe.
10 seconds left...and it's looking like a judge's decision.
Against all odds, this fight goes the fifteen minute distance and the judges will call it.
Gautier v Pulyaev: Official Decision
It goes to the judge's scorecards...and - no surprise - by unanimous vote it goes to Gautier.
Gautier wins by official decision.

Figueiredo and Nurmagomedov enter the Octagon
Deiveson Figueiredo of Brazil and Umar Nurmagomedov of Russia await the next match.
Stay tuned to Paramount+ for all the action...
Nurmagomedov v Figueiredo: Round One
Two minutes pass and both fighters circle the other, wary and not trading any significant blows.
At the three minute mark, we witness some jiu jitsu making an appearance as the stand up goes into grappling.
Figueiredo has still not landed a blow the whole match.
Nurmagomedov gets Figueiredo in a strong lock on the floor which he does not seem to be able to get out of.
Landing a steady stream of blows to the head which pick up speed in the final 10 seconds, the Russian dominates the Brazillian.
The bell rings and we will move on to round two.
Nurmagomedov v Figueiredo: Round Two
After dominating round one, Nurmagomedov looks equally as strong in the first minute.
A brief bit of grappling takes place before both get back on their feet. The crowd seems to grow restless again as both circle the other looking for a chink in the armour.
Figueiredo needs to step up if he stands any chance of winning. At this rate he's not going to be gaining many points on the judge's scorecards.
Nurmagomedov grabs Figueiredo and attempts to slam him on his back to no avail.
But Figueiredo has woken up and gives him some retaliation. Long term plan or just found his rhythm? Either way, round three looks tasty.
The bell rings, and round two ends.
Don't miss a second of this drama on Paramount+
Nurmagomedov v Figueiredo: Round Three
Again, the first two minutes of this final round is jabbing and circling.
But then at the three minute mark, Nurmagomedov has Figueiredo pinned down on the floor.
It looks like it may all be over for a fatigued Figueiredo if he can't find a way to get out of this.
One minute to go and the crowd boos this lack of activity from Figueiredo. It may not be the most exciting fight but Nurmagomedov would take this win.
10 seconds left and Figueiredo finally gets out of the lock but falls over as he backs away.
The bell rings, it'll go to official decision.
Nurmagomedov v Figueiredo: Official Decision
And no surprise, it's a unanimous decision for Russia's Nurmagomedov.
Figueiredo humbly accepts it and Nurmagomedov steps up to accept the win.

Allen v Silva: Round One
Well, it's the start of the big battles.
Allen starts kicking low which only frustrates his opponent but the crowd are loving it.
The clock is ticking down and no obvious signs of either side dominating.
The pressure is obviously getting to Silva because he stumbles...and he's offered a lifeline in the form of the buzzer.
Round one ends and it'll have to go to the next round/
Allen v Silva: Round Two
Silva is taking an absolute thrashing as the round gets going. You can only sympathise with him.
He's now trapped against the fence and not having a great time of it halfway through round two. But he's doing a better job at dodging some dangerous kicks from his opponent.
And he finishes strong with an elbow to Allen!
It's anyone's game as round two concludes.
Watch it all on Paramount Plus.
Allen v Silva: Round Three
Silva against the fence again as we enter the third round. Some things never change.
He manages to free himself up but may be too little too late. Allen isn't fairing too well himself as his face is covered in blood but both soldier on.
Looks like it'll go to judge's scoreboard...but Silva pounces on his opponent who slips for a second. That's all he needs.
The buzzer goes, and we'll go to an official decision.
Allen v Silva: Official Decision
Well, it may be the closest match so far but it goes to...
Silva! It must have been that flurry at the end but a win is a win.
Silva wins by official decision.
Silva v Namajunas about to begin
Natalia Silva and Rose Namajunas are in the Octagon now.
The only women's fight today, let's see how the Women Flyweight get on...
Silva v Namajunas: Round One
As per usual, a lot of feints and a lot of circling as Silva and Namajunas figure each other out.
A few exchanges but nothing serious or juicy within the first few minutes. Could we be looking at three full rounds again?
Silva receives a jab as she manages to avoid a kick to the face.
Round one ends and it's all to play for still.
If you still haven't got Paramount+, what are you playing at? Find out how to get it wherever you are now!
Silva v Namajunas: Round Two
It's all in Silva to prove herself here but this also may prove to be her undoing.
Using her own momentum against her, Namajunas manages to pin Silva on the fence and take it from there.
On the defensive Silva goes for Namajunas' arm but this isn't her best idea and is clearly flailing.
Round two ends.
Silva v Namajunas: Round Three
Well, Silva and Namajunas take us to round three...seems to be the theme for these latest few matches.
If the prelims were all about finishing in a round, the main cards are all about taking it to three.
Some low kicks are exchanged at the start of round three including a kick to the face from Silva.
Spotting a chance Namajunas grabs for the leg but to little avail. The final few seconds see a mad scramble with Silva coming out on top.
The buzzer goes but who won?
Silva v Namajunas: Official Decision
Another unanimous decision on the judge's scorecards...for Silva!
Not a popular decision based on the crowd. Maybe this will prove to be the most controversial of the day.

Here's one we prepared earlier - a handy guide on how to watch this UFC on the streamer.
Cortes-Acosta vs Lewis: Round One
Cortes-Acosta and Lewis: this could get tasty.
Straight out the gate, Lewis goes for a high kick to Cortes-Acosta's face. However, this doesn't go quite as well as hoped and puts him on the back foot.
Cortes-Acosta keeps him on his toes with some jabs and kicks, nothing too serious but enough to keep him on edge.
With over a minute left, Cortes-Acosta grabs Lewis' leg after a mistimed kick. looks lethal but thankfully the buzzer goes.
End of round one.
Cortes-Acosta vs Lewis: Round Two
Straight into it for round two between these two giants!
Cortes-Acosta puts his full force into Lewis via a devastating knee! Then jab after jab after jab.
Lewis can only act defensively now and tries to retaliate with a left hook but it's all over...
Another blow sees Lewis hit the ground hard, and the ref calls it: it's over!
Cortes-Acosta wins in two rounds.
O’Malley v Yadong: Round One
Sean O’Malley and Song Yadong now face each other in the Octagon.
This will be an interesting one.
O'Malley goes big with the kicks early doors but Song advances - not deterred by this. This looks like it could go either way.
And then seemingly out of nowhere - Song manages to get O'Malley on the floor using a double-leg...
...But it's not over! O'Malley goes for a choke which Song escapes but maybe that's the wake up call Song needs.
Round one ends.
O’Malley v Yadong: Round Two
Well, will this go the distance or will it end at two rounds like the last fight?
Now it's O’Malley's turn to look a bit overwhelmed. Song goes for it with some big kicks and managing to grab a leg, cornering O'Malley to the cage.
While he survives this, O'Malley looks shaky and is treated to a hook from Song for his efforts.
As they say it's not over until the fat lady...song-s. That's rubbish, apologies.
End of round two.
Don't miss any of this nail-biting action on Paramount Plus.
O’Malley v Yadong: Round Three
And now we go to the decider!
This looks like it may be the difference between a decisive win or loss if it's not over by the end of this.
Notably showing blood around his mouth, Song looks the worse for wear but that doesn't matter if he plays better technically.
But then Song takes a knee! Ooooo, that could make the difference.
O'Malley looks confident, and there's the buzzer.
Round three ends, over to the judges...
O’Malley v Yadong: Official decision
Once again the decision lies with the judge's scorecards...
And it's decisively O’Malley! Unanimous decision and you can see why in that last round alone.
O'Malley wins by official decision.
Nearly time for the big one!
...and now the one you've been waiting for: Paddy Pimblett vs Justin Gaethje!
The interim lightweight title is on the line in what promises to be an epic spectacle.
So, if you haven't already - get yourself signed up to Paramount Plus!
Pimblett v Gaethje: Walk Ons
Well, it was always going to be a spectacle and these two lived up the hype.
Paddy 'the Baddy' Pimblett bouncing up to the stage like Tigger and Justin Gaethje opting to go for a more conservative uber-American entrance accompanied with flag.
Let's get this show on the road...
Pimblett v Gaethje: Round One
And we go!
Pimblett goes low - literally - early with some big kicks to the shins which Gaethje retaliates with a lovely overhand.
It's all knees from Pimblett but then seemingly out of nowhere Gaethje puts him against the fence where he lands some great blows against him!
Recovering and on his feet - albeit a bit doddery - Pimblett goes on the offensive with an uppercut.
It really is anyone's game!
A brief pause as Gaethje calls out a supposed eye poke. Action resumes and some more hooks from Gaethje and great kicks from Pimblett.
No clear winner yet as round one ends.
Pimblett v Gaethje: Round Two
Early on in round two it's clear that Pimblett is battling someone equal if not better than him.
Now sporting a swollen eye and stumbling in the first few minutes, Pimblett is looking fairly weak - can he last the five rounds?
He's still scoring some great knees but struggling, Gaethje is notably also panting a fair amount too though.
...And then the elbows are out from Gaethje! The King of the North has had his crown knocked off briefly as he's pinned against the cage.
The buzzer dings, and you feel that Pimblett and his team will be relieved.
Let's see how this develops in round three.
Get yourself on Paramount Plus if you aren't already!
Pimblett v Gaethje: Round Three
Pimblett v Gaethje: Round Two
It may not be over for Paddy the Baddy. There goes his famous knees and a few punches too, but Gaethje looks pretty sturdy.
Still bleeding from his eye but defiant, Pimblett throws another knee but Gaethje isn't happy with that last one saying it was too low.
This is quite a dirty fight now, but the crowd won't be complaining, and Pimblett looks like he's found a bit more rhythm.
Will both men go the full five rounds? They look tired, particularly Gaethje who despite probably winning technically so far looks the more tired.
End of round three.
Pimblett v Gaethje: Round Four
A headlock starts off round four, as Gaethje gets Paddy the Baddy where he wants him. And then he's down!
Gaethje takes full advantage, landing a plethora of body shots to him. Somehow Pimblett is still standing and fighting - you've got to admire him for that.
As if the eye wasn't bad enough, Pimblett has got a fresh cut to his nose too. Just a cut to the mouth he needs to complete the set.
The buzzer goes and it feels like Paddy the Baddy will go the distance but lose on the judge's scorecards.
But you just never know...
Pimblett v Gaethje: Round Five
Here we go. One final time...
Straight away Pimblett lands some punches. His team must be happy with that. He even gets Gaethje in a lock but can't muster up the energy to see it through.
Some sloppy jabs as both men look fatigued. Gaethje is just trying to run down the clock but Pimblett is going for the kill.
However, the buzzer goes and no final kill for Paddy the Baddy.
A bloody bitter fight. It feels like it'll be a Gaethje victory to end Paddy the Baddy's winning stream but let's find out...
Pimblett v Gaethje: Official Decision
And...it goes to Gaethje!
No real surprise but well earned. And above all a good fight. Gaethje tips the hat to his opponent - in a very explicit speech - noting how he didn't get knocked out in five rounds.
Pimblett may have lost to Gaethje on his hiome turf but he may be the people's champion.
Gaethje wins by official decision.
That's all folks!

Well there were some great matches, and the final main card fight was no exception.
Paddy Pimblett was beaten by Justin Gaethje but can hold his head high.
What an incredible match.
A final reminder: here's how you can sign up for Paramount Plus to watch future UFC (for the next seven years!) in its new home.
Thanks for joining me, I've been Dan and I'll see you again soon.
