DALLAS – The UFC 277 pre-fight press conference took place Thursday and the entire main card was in attendance to answer questions.
At the conclusion of the festivities, all five matchups from the lineup, which airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ABC/ESPN and ESPN+, participated in some traditional staredowns.
Both championship fights set for the top of the card squared off, but did the remaining main card competitors, including a heavyweight matchup between Derrick Lewis (26-9 MMA, 17-7 UFC) and Sergei Pavlovich (15-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC), a potential flyweight No. 1 contender bout between Alexandre Pantoja (24-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC) and Alex Perez (24-6 MMA, 6-2 UFC), and a key light heavyweight matchup of Magomed Ankalaev (17-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) vs. Anthony Smith (36-16 MMA, 11-6 UFC).
